History
Bruner, Cooper & Zuck, Inc. offers Architectural Services through our office located in Bettendorf, IA, formerly known as Downing Architects.   Downing was founded in 1952 and has served the Quad Cities and surrounding communities for the past 60 years.   

With the acquisition in 2016,  Bruner, Cooper & Zuck not only increased services, but also added the knowledge and expertise of the Downing staff to our team, strengthening the resources of our firm as a whole.

Services
Our comprehensive architectural services include conceptual and schematic design, design development,  and construction documentation, assisting with contractor bidding and construction contract administration.  

We serve a wide range of clients and industries including civic, commercial, educational and religious facilities.
